Eclipse SC8264 Comps vs. EDi 6500s Comps

Which speakers do you guys think is better? I have eclipse 3 way coaxils right now and they are loud as hell and have great clarity which i like. Ive heard nothing but great things about the ED 6500s, and im confused on which set would be better. When i say better, i mean, which component system out of those 2 ONLY, will have greatest clarity, clearness, sound quality, and loudness... Also will both of these componet speakers fit inside a Honda S2000, i know that 6.5in is the right size but im not sure on the mounting dept... heres the links for both speakers..

i had the ed 6000's for over a year i believe and they are good speakers. at least for the money. i'm sure the 6500's would be good too.

alright, to be on topic. like the above post i've been using my 6000's for about a year and am happy, and that's considering i've only had 1woofer/tweet hooked up for a few months now. i am gonna be upgrading soon and might be going with the 6500's

i cant find the edi 6500s on their website anymore are the the previous model to the edi 6000s v2
