eclipse proublem

It sounds like the laser might be misaligned. It probably needs service. Contact United Radio(http://www.unitedradio.com) for service info(unless you bought it from an authorized dealer, and they installed it....then you get a 3 year factory warranty).

Clean that lase rup get a cd laser cleaning kit at your local walmart for like 10 bucks

i bought the radio used so no warrenty ill have to try cleanin it , i had a old cleaner wich i used but i dont think its any good anymore have to try a new one hopefully that fixes the proublem...

+1 for unitedradio. Theyre also an Eclipse repair center. Theyll definately do you right. I send a substantial amount of radios there..quick turnaround and fair pricing, although that at a dealer level, so Im unsure of what they charge consumers...
