Eclipse Memory stick Q's

Hey, i tried searching but i didnt come up with much.

Is a MS the same thing as a MG memory Stick?

If so, what should i get? Newegg seems to have 4g ones for like $20. You think i should pick one up for it? Or wont just any Memory Stick work? Do i need any special Software?

Im assuming the Magic Gate memory is the same thing. So im mainly just wondering about software.

I got one too and a cd 7000. I'm looking at the manual for the 7000 and it says that Memory stick Pros cannot be used only memory stick duo. ANd it can only take a capacity of 128mb.

Pretty much. I would only use it for the security feature and that's about it.

But I'm only going off the manual. I haven't used either of my decks aside from testing to see if they work.

O, i was gonna use it to hold music. Guess that wouldnt happen unless they are WMA files with only 128mg.

I have a 1GB sony memstick duo with adapter. If you're interested, let me know.

Also have a 512mb non duo, don't know if that would work for you though.

It doesn't even read them. I have a 32MB, 128MB, 1G, and a 2G. Only reads the 32/128MB.
