Eclipse EQ2102 for a crossover ?

Hey, im setting up a system where I need to cut freq's below 1800hz to my horns. can I use this Eclipse EQ2102 to cut the freq's? In other words, turn all the knobs below that freq to the lowest setting. Sounds silly ,but the thing is just sitting here I'd like to put it to use.

anyone know if this thing will cut freq?
