eclipse cd7000 display issue

i decided to download some new motion picture backgrounds from eclipse's e-iserv site, burned them onto a cd-r, and attempted to upload it onto the HU...

HU detects the files and everything....it asks me if i want to overwrite a current motion picture preinstalled in the headunit...and i did....it just hangs at "reading" forever.

so i turned off the ignition, and attempted to start the process again...the preinstalled motion picture is now all black, with the words "data corrupt" on the bottom corner...i try to overwrite it again, and it hangs at "reading" still....

tried calling eclipse's CSRs, no help avail. anyone here know of a fix?

it takes a good 10 mins for every motion picture to save to the head unit... let it read it'll get done
