Eclipse CD5441 or JVC KDHD-R1?

I currently have the JVC head unit in the car and it does pretty good, but I had the eclipse in my jeep and it has 5v preouts. I know the eclipse is older, but I think it is a better deck? I would use all 3 preouts for both my amps, and I dont really care about HD radio and the HDR1 does not have USB support anyway so loss of features is a non issue. I really dont care for the DSP that JVC uses, not that I would use that on either deck anyway. Let me know what you think thanks.
