eclipse cd5030

i have a eclipse cd 5030 and when i connet my bluetooth from my phone to the head unit it works fine but when i make a call i can hear people talking to me but they cant hear me talking to them. where is the mic? also when i plug my ipod up to my head unit it puts all my songs in abc order. is there away to change this?
