Eclipse CD3000 vs. Eclipse CD4000

Is there any signaficant difference between the two, besides the fact that the CD4000 can change the led color on the bottons?

How much can you get the 3000 for? I have a 5425, which is probably pretty similar. I would look at the Pioneer 880, primarialy because of the tuning capabilities.

If I was buying today, I don't think that I would look at less than the 5000 in the Eclipse line. But if I was going below that, I would get the 3000.

220 from a local store. I had a Eclipse 5444 in my old car, and while i liked it, it was very complicated to tune and a big pain, id rather have a simple head unit than one with a 14 band EQ again.

i got an eclipse 3000 also i really enjoy it a good buget deck imo. eclipse h/u ftw!!

the cd 3000 is a great deck for the money, it doesn't look flashy but it gets the job done, nicely. Best 250.00 (retail) deck you can get IMO...)

I do love my 7800 though
