Eclipse Avn726 Touchscreen Issue Help!!!

Hello I have a Eclipse AVN726E That I purchased brand new and installed professionally 2 weeks ago Ive noticed that when I try and use the touch screen sometimes there is a Lag when I touch it and when I try to hit the volume button Ill hit it to increse or decrese sometime it takes awile for it to register and when it does I can hit the volume button one time and it will move so quickly on its on it will go to max volume by itself? What might be the issue for all of this? Thanks very much!

well I had it installed last 2 weeks ago its brand new and im located in chicago. Y does weather have something to do with it???

I love it alot better than my pioneers ive had in the past except this issue im having with it now with the touch screen and its lag it has anyone have any input

screen might be cold thus less responsive

Hmmmm does that happen usually is it normal? anyway of fixing it or troubleshooting it if it would be something else?
