Eclipse avn5435 or avn5510

Hello! I'm interested on upgrading my old Pionner DEH7700MP to a navigation system and I just want to know if any of you have this units and can tell how good the sound quality is and if you ever had any problems with it, my budget is limited so that's why I would like to stick with those models

I have checked craigslist and I have local people selling those models (avn5435 - avn5510) and I'm wondering which one is better since I can get them for about the same price, all I noticed is one is 7" and the other 6.5" and I think the 5510 is a newer model, but besides that I'm not sure about their differences.

Also, I noticed people are interested on the 5v preout this units offers, sorry about my noob question but what is the benefit of having a 5v preout.

5V preout means less noise,usually.

2v vs 5v is not much of a differance in sound quality.

I had the 5510, it was nice ,but wasnt for me. Didnt have enough eq/sound shaping options for me
