eclipse avn 6600 questions

i just got a 6600 yesterday brand new,installed it,everthing works fine except when i put in a burned cd or mp3 it makes wierd scratching noises,now i can put in a store bought cd or dvd in the same slot and no noises,have any of yall have any ideas.

it does this with every burned CD? not sure why that would happen

edit: you're talking about the actual HU making the scratching noises, not the speakers right?

my brother was having the same problem. its was the CD burner. he changed the CD burner and now its good. and sometimes if he used old CD to burn the song on it was the same problem.

i dont know if that helps.
