im meeting him in about 30 mins, bringing my DMM.

make sure they aren't coated poly cones. Looks like stamped frames to me.

those arn't the aluminums.... those are the poly cones... u can tell by the surround and the foam "gasket" on the stamped baskets .. not worth $100 IMO

Yeah, I just looked at my old trusty 8810's, and the ones you showed do not appear to be the Aluminum's.
