Eclipse 88120 question...

I have this sub(dual 4ohm) and have it in about 1.1 cubes sealed. My question is is this sub 500watts,750 watts, or 750 watts per coil? Ive heard all these from different people. Im sending the sub 500watts from my Massive amp and it aint doint sh@t. Could this sub be ported? Wondering if it really is 750 per coil and then i could understand why im getting little output. This is a beefy sub and im sure it has potential or is it just because its in an open Space like a Suburban and needs a smaller cabin or what?
