eclipse 88120 on 400 watts?

i can get the sub (dvc 4-ohm) used for around 80 bucks. i have a 400 watt alpine m450 amp in a prelude. would that amp get it moving? i dont want the sub box to take up a lot of space in my trunk but for only 400 watts im thinking ported would be the way to go huh? suggestions please. thanks

pretty much bumping this to see if anyone can offer any other opinions. im looking to buy asap and im looking at the 88120 for around 80, and for around the same price a jl 12w3v2. 400 watts, small car, box built to specs, all things considered which would be better for sql? thanks
