Aside from the dented cone (There was a mishap where the grill came off and the cone rattled on a brush in the back of my vehicle for a few hits) this speaker has great surrounds, coil & suspension. The dents DO not go through and aren’t close even though pic shows it looks worse. The speaker Works fine and sounds great. So if your gonna hide it, don’t worry about it.
