no. i believe the bass is connected to the non fader and hence will only affect the sub. hence in pro mode you have bass (sub), mid (mids), and treble (highs).Wouldn't adjusting the bass affect the whole system though? Why must Eclipse force me to love Pro Mode and hate Pro Mode ??? Why??
Whaaaat? Wait, on the 8455 if you push the source button while in Pro Mode and come to "bass" and adjust it up or down you are NOT adjusting the "bass" output on the entire signal, just the bass (sub)????no. i believe the bass is connected to the non fader and hence will only affect the sub. hence in pro mode you have bass (sub), mid (mids), and treble (highs).
i can't confirm the technical details but i was under the assumption its like that. cuz when i turn up the bass through the source button the sub got louder and nothing else.Whaaaat? great but to me it wouldn't make any logical sense to turn up the bass and have affect the entire signal. i mean why would the bass be effecting the highs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imdaman.gif.bc6c552e19aa4ad8c47461144f40eb1a.gifI was wondering the same thing...I'm about to go outside and unplug my sub amp rca's, and then adjust the Bass level, and see what happens......will let ya know what I come up with.
Either I am high on PCP or I don't understand what he hell is going on here. You mean to tell me that when you adjust the "bass" in general, it doesn't affect the bass of the entire system??? When I want to boost the bass in my system in Pro Mode I either adjust the appropriate band in the EQ or I go into the T/A menu and adjust the db level of the sub/low output.great but to me it wouldn't make any logical sense to turn up the bass and have affect the entire signal. i mean why would the bass be effecting the highs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imdaman.gif.bc6c552e19aa4ad8c47461144f40eb1a.gif

The last thing I want is for my mids to bottom out (which are already playing down to 63hz @ 12db/oct) by adding more "bass"!!
