Eclipes Deck not turning on when car turns on

i have a eclipes deck that is a few years old, its been in a couple different vehicles and i have never had a problem untill now. I just installed it into a 94 ford probe, when i turn the car on or start the car the deck does not turn on, i have to pull the wiring harness out of the back of the deck then plug it back in and the deck turns on... this is driving me crazy so if anybody knows whats going on or has advice please let me know?

Its a Eclipse CD8443

Heres what we came up with, I disconnect the yellow wire for 5 seconds and reconnect it and it works everytime I do this. stock radio powers up every time. I don't want to toggle it but If I have to.

shorting out on the Yellow wire maybe ....

ok So I tried to bypass the yellow wire straight to the batt. Same isssue, If I pull the wire off and touch it back on after several times of doing this it will turn on and have no issues. Sounds great and works awesome except this start up issue.
