ebrake by bypass

hey guys i just bought a double din and am goona install one for my first time its a stick how can i by pass the ebrake thing where it plays dvds all the time......and before any one asks im not goona be watching them as i drive i wanna down load music videos and have them so my passengers can watch em lol

They are different for each one, im not familiar with the unit you posted. Usually if you ground the brake wire your good to go. Someone may be more knowledgeable then i and tell you differently.

IIRC you need to wire it up to a switch. Ground + Positive. Acc lead on switch to e-brake. Flip the switch up then down and bam.

thats what i thought, itll be really really long.

all you have to do is wire the black ground wire to the green wire at the back of the deck thats it

edit splice the wires together so twist the green in with your black ground

my green wire is prob about 4 feet im lookin and the wire harness trying to figure this out lol the switch idea seems like alot of work

I've installed quite a few in-dash dvd players.
