it was a decent deal so I bought not really needing it now I got jack shit. Anyone know or dealt with this person? **** what a turn off from ebay hopefully I can get some of my money back. this sucks I guess you can't trust anyone not even when they have perfect feedback.

how do you know already that you have been ripped? it hasnt been that awfully long since the auction ended. how did you pay? has the payment cleared for sure? if he is still in contact with you and says he hasnt recieved payment, DO NOT send more.

hopefully you are still in contact with him and you sent payment through some sort of secure method, and hopefully nothing has really happened as of yet.

If you paid with paypal I believe you can file a claim with them.

how do I know because the guy is not a registered user anymore became one like 3 days after I paid him. He does not respond to emails. I also talked to other buyers of his who are in the same situation.

and you will only get it if it is still in his paypal account. if he closed up his account.. you are out of luck.

it's possible their bank account is closed, or they canceled their credit card, and decided to take you for a ride, but i'd wait a bit.

#1 complaint i have with selling on ebay is when people are used to dealing with actual online businesses, and send me negative feedback, or file a paypal dispute a day or two after the auction cause i didn't get a chance to check my e-mail.

You have 45 days to file a complaint with paypal, not to settle it, 45 days just to file the complaint, so relax for now, maybe they just **** at checking their e-mail like me.

I saw that auction and thought about bidding. I just bought a 300/4 as well as components and coaxs. THe front channel of the amp doesn't work. In order to return it, I paid $36 shipping and $19 Paypal fee. **** ebay sucks

doesnt paypal say the seller has to have at least a 50 or more positive feedback.. not % 50 total.. 50 points.. They wont cover you for even the $200 if the seller doesnt have 50 or more..

man I hope thats not the case that would ****. I called my credit card but they are weird so I doubt they will do squat. whats weird is that the contact info he has on ebay is totally different than what it is on paypal name wise. I also tried calling but it didn't get anywhere.
