Ebay seller not responding

So I bought a dd 2512 off ebay and won. The seller had the same exact sub up earlier and sombody bought it but then he relisted it. So the first time it was up I asked him how much to ship to hawaii and he responded 45 bucks. Cool. I didn't bid the first time but I did the second time and won. So my problem is I've been asking him to give me the total amount with shipping for about 5 days and he hasn't responded. What should I do? Should I just pay the amount i won it for and settle up for the shipping later or just wait until he contacts me? I don't want to lose the sub and i'm not sure if there is some kinda cancelation policy if I don't pay within a few days.

Yeah, I thought it was a good deal. But then he sold it then relisted it for some reason.

Request an invoice from him! Give him a couple more days then tell him you are going to report him to EBAY. If that does not work, report him!
