Bad thing is even when you refund his money he'll still probably leave you bad feedback for not sending his amp. I'd probably just refund every cent and hope to get out of it without a negative. It's not fair to you but may be worth it in the end. Maybe have someone from here who knows Spanish communicate with him to explain it to him.
