dont know when it goes into effect, but soon, sellers will only be able to leave positive feedback...
that doesn't make any sense. Perhaps they should change the rules so that the seller have to be the first one to leave a feedback, not the buyer.

To the OP, can't you dispute this with Ebay somehow? Or are they just the middle man who does not give two shits?

this is simple. if u plan on using ebay to "make money" then eat it and refund the money. If u dont care about ur feedback and was just testing waters on ebay, then fuk him. Check out my feedback and/or items i sell and buy in my sig under reference.... it helps to have good feedback. One neg with the feedback u have will chenga ur 100% to about 80-85. not great if u plan to use ebay

so he thought he was bidding on the actual amp or what. thats the only thing I can assume since you emphasize the *service* part in your ad and in the first post of this thread.

you are really not telling the whole story, everyone is just assuming everything.

but then you say "i just want to punish the little greaseball"

I dont know.

Let me get this right... You are selling a service, he thought he was buying an amplifier. Obviously by reading you auction you are not selling an amp. But you didnt do the service. So you think he owes you money because why?

Give him his money back. This is why I dont buy from egay anymore. Not that you scamming him its just stupid that there should even be a question here on what you should do. Do the right thing, give him his money back and you wont have to worry about your feedback.

Yes

i perform service, he thought it was a amp. He is writing in spanish and w/ a fu cking attitude to boot. He doesnt understand anything i say and still thinks its not been shipped. ITS A SERVICE.

Theres nothing i'm "leaving out" He bought the service, thought it was a amp, i dont feel like giving him back his money due to attitude and stupidity.I'm going to though.

He screwed up by buying a service that he thought was an actual amp, or he thought about it and changed his mind. Either way you didn't provide the service. Be fair about it, charge him for the relisting fee and give him the rest of his cash back. Talk to him about it so he understands all your taking is a relisting fee that you were charged, and your refunding the rest of his cash. You might get a positive out of it if your nice about it and he's cool with that arrangement.
