I sold an amp on ebay and this dumb hoe left me bad feedback, however I do not deserve back feedback. Here is what happened.
She bought the item on 7/21 with a buy it now, she payed via echeck. Now i did not ship the item until the check had cleared in my paypal account. It was shipped on the 24th via usps and arrived at her house on August 1st. However she left negative feedback on 7/31 saying she had not recieved the amplifier.
The shipping was paid through paypal and tracking info was linked in ebay.
Ive email her multiple times asking her to retract her negative feedback, however she will not respond to my emails.
Is there anything I can do? I called ebay and they had no idea what I was talking about and I personally could not understand whatever half english language they were speaking so i hung up.
