Ebay ISSUES USPS insurance, am i fuqed?

So i just sold my CD8455 on ebay last friday and buyer got it today. I get an email from him saying it will not load cds, so i call him. He dosnt have any trim ring and its not even fully in so theres nothing constricting the loader/face drop. He put the phone it while hitting the cd load button and theres a high pitched wine coming from it. He says hes honestly sounds broke/like its trying to take the cd in but cant. Listing was no refunds or exchanges

There was 0 issues with this unit when i shipped, pics were taken before i took it out playing a cd fine. I put a $200 insurance claim on the package when i shipped via usps. What do you guys think i should do? I told him i would contact usps and see what they said, how bad am i going to get fuqqed lol

Well yea i was going to go the USPS route, but im wondering how horrible of an experience this is going to be. Buyer said the box wasnt crushed or anything but the CD player just dosnt work anymore. It worked fine when i shipped

Ask the buyer to take photos of it trying to load a cd or better yet a video of it trying to load a cd.

will do, talked to usps and ebay.... so retarded

He has to ship it back and then i have to confirm that its not functioning correctly. Then i can file a claim threw usps but not before 21 days past ship date. Then AFTER the claims filed i can refund his money, but ebay rep told me not to refund till i confirm and file claim. Gunna take 2 months for this **** to sort out.....

Yea well im not happy my eclipse that worked perfect isnt taking CDs so were all pissed lol. The CD function looks fuqqed in the video, whats the best site to host with? Ill post it up

Not if its the same unit and its just broke. But i do have pic of units serial number from before i shipped to confirm its the same unit

Serial numbers are good as with them you will know if that is the unit you sold or a broken one he had just like yours in order to try and scam you.
