Raised - do not respond to that in any way excepting forwarding the entire thing, including headers, to spoof@ebay.com
It's someone's cleverly-disguised phishing expedition. You respond and fill out the resultant forms after following that e-mail's instructions you'll be giving someone, somewhere all your account details.
eBay will send you any important stuff to your "My Messages" portion of your 'My eBay.' They never send out emails like that and if you get them in the future follow the above instructions and just let them deal with it.
there 100% corrects its a scam, ive used ebay for like 5 years, ive gotten like 3 of those exact same emails, i never replied to them but it DOES look legit so its a tricky one , i figured wait 24 hours see if its suspended them do it, i had nothing to buy or sell in those next 24hours so i said better be safe than sorry, so i waited , nothing happened. Got those like 2 more times later same thing, just ignoer it and report it.
I've gotten two of those before.Pure bullshit.I've also gotten them from paypal saying I need to update my PayPal debit card through them or it'll be de-activated blah blah.
