no i sent zach, umm xwx or something 25 in ebay cert cuz he doenst have paypal , he has something against it, and he thinks you need paypal to use it, i dont think so

Vosschs and I need to know how to cancel this certificate. Even when I sign up for paypal, it wants a credit card number- I dont want a paypal account, so I will not give them a credit card number.
