well i would say the 300.1 would work fine considering the sub's are 300 rms for the pair

$49 + shipping for the 300w he needs @ 2 Ohms with a valid 1 year warranty - which you know will be honored as your buying a refurb direct from the manufacturer)

So - for under $70/shipped with a valid warranty.

$200 on eBay? Pfft.
