Easy way to take out dent?

is there an easy way to take out dents? i saw some generic suction cup thing, but would that work>? i dont want to poke a hole in the metal to take out the dent, but is there an easy way?

If its not on a panel with a roll, and not deep, (shallow like a hail dent) dry ice will pop it out. If its big, once again not on a rolled surface, you can pop it out from behind if careful. But use common sense, if the material has stretched, (is a big dent) have a body shop take it out.

will dry ice mess up the paint at all, i might try it just in case, or go from behind
