lies, broken promises, alot of baiting and switching, they lack competence altogether. mostly things they said about the car that were untrue (and most of that was due to worker incompetence and them being too lazy to do their job correctly), then it was things they said they were going to do and then later they decided not to do them, and they REFUSED to document anything, i asked them several times to document the things they were saying and they said no.

also, their service department is USELESS. they (also) lack the competence to perform even the most basic of repairs. i wouldnt trust them to fill my washer fluid resevoir...
