AR,AL,GA,FL,KY,LA,MS,NC,SC,TN,VA
Hold your horses snookums...Doug is checking.

and I wonder what dougs Xterra smells like right now. Pretty sure that bean soup last night is going to cause him to re-upholster his interior.
no, actually it was all good. THIS MORNING however, was a different story.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Yeah, 3rd in Stock 0-600 would've made me feel better than buying the trophy in Consumer Q. I guess if I have a similar situation later, I'll yell at the judge to give my money back or come sit in my van. I was just hesitant to since this was my first USAC event.

I almost got butt ***** at a rest stop by a truck driver...thanks for taking off on me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
where DID you go? I looked as we crossed over the interstate an you weren't there!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

No i didnt want to run 601-1800. I talked to several guys that used to run a 2500d on some forums and at the event itself, everyone said that amp should run in 0-600 no problem.

Just giving you the heads up. If you cannot prove your amp does "said" wattage @ 4ohms They will make you divide down the highest RMS rating. I wanted to run SS 0-600 but I was to lazy to unhook batteries. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

LOL man i was walkin all over the place, should have met up with you guys, sorry about that. That was a freakin awesome event, not too bad for my first USACI event. Kind of unorganized though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Next time i will be sure to look for you guys. I seen another xterra there with a couple DD's in the back and a 40.1??? What did he hit? Anyone know him? Sorry once again for not meeting up with you guys, forgot all about it.

the only real way is to confirm with USACi what class that amp is in by having them look it up, or contact them ahead of time or checking on the boards. there's lists available.

What vehicle were you in?

I realize that, ralph randall told me himself personally that he wasnt 100% sure about the 2500d, but he said he knows its the same board as an AB XD3000 and they rated it at 600 watts even. (it was rated at a little over 400 but they rerated it).

What class were you in? What kind of numbers did you hit? For some odd reason everyone ive talked to competing in an xterra tells me they are peaking at 55hz, i lost 3 db when i tuned to 55 hz, im peaking right at 44-45 hz. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

power changes things. with a little sealed box we sweeped it at like 37hz. Jntar can chime in and confirm.

We kinda gave up on the whole vehicle peak thing and just beat on it.

154.3 with 2 DD's and 2 40's. the weird thing is it does a 153.9 with 1 40. so not a lot of gain with the second 40 right now.
