i would just like some opinions on this amp,does anybody out there have any hands on experience with this monster.how does it compare to the other big amps out there im considering running 4 trf 18's with it.

I dont know about Earthquake I have had pretty much all there amps in the past & all of them burned up on me, including teammates in the past. I have not used a quake amp in the past couple of years just from the past expeirences.

the old pa earthquake amps were really good. I dont think they made anything as good after that .

If you plan on competing you might want a different amp, Im not sure if its true or not but I remember reading/hearing something somewhere that said it was illegal to use the Earthquake amp because it's really two amps internally bridged in the same heatsink.

i ran a D2 and a D3 Earthquake amp. love both of them.

Yeah the old D2 shredders were alright.Basically a burp amp.Very bad THD but the cost to watt ratio back then was one of the lowest.

The newer lines aren't what the name was built on

Those two amps together will not do 12K without high voltage.....

They're roughly the size of a 2.5-3K amp each. 3+3 doesn't equal 12.
