Dynamat doors

I'm goin to be installing a set of 6.5 comps in my doors. I bought the dynamat speaker install kit which is a square that the speaker sit on. Do I need more than that to get a good sound and midbass response?
YES

You need to apply deadener over the inner do skin and outer door skin.

go to lowes and pick up some peel and stick its in the roofing dept. 6"x 25' roll for $16. pretty much the same stuff for 5 times less than dynamat. check some youtube videos about it. I did my whole door on my last vehicle. under the panel of course. worth the time.

^^^^DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! get the dynamat or products that are butyl based not asphalt based. asphalt based products are not for in-car applications. they are for home roofing.

Go away if this is the info you are going to spread.

what's the problem? are you a Dynamat distributer? used it on my last build and it worked great. experience is something that can't be refuted.

Peel and seal is junk. If you think it worked good you would be blown away with stinger expert pro, or American bass, or Knu
