paramount pictures are the ones that hold the copyright...paramount is owned by...well, thats another story.
most of the entertainment industry is owned by one particular body of people..some people say that body of individuals are the ones running things.

if there wasnt as many people seeing this video as there is, there would be no law suit.

loose change used 14 clips w/o asking the permission of the people that have rights to the footage..

movie is gaining alot of attention and has supposedly sold 50,000 copies @ $17-20 a pop...Paramount holds the rights to the footage, so they are filing charges against the guy who did loose change.

if you look at the big picture, the people who own paramount and what loosechange talks about..its pretty easy to see what theyre trying to do..the loosechange website and everyone who sold the video has now ceased doing so...

ill leave my own thoughts out of it, but from an outside perspective..seems like theyre simply trying to shut the people behind loose change up and run them into the ground...and doing a very good job at it.
