What is a good dvd-rw internal/external drive? I need one. Is 16x the fastest? I don't want a budget one.

although burning at 16x is hazardous... very prone to disc errors

i have the nec 3520a, great drive and only like 30 or 40 off ebay, can burn from 4x-16x and no coasters yet.
