Dust Caps

it would be hard to get a perfect seal all the way around on the one that is more loose.

the one that is barely loose, i can't get any glue under the cap without pulling it off.

 
take the loose dustcap , take a q-tip, get goop on it, and use the q-tip to follow the groove where the dustcap+cone meet..
