Dust cap Dent

My brother has a dent in his Diamond CM3 12". Is there any way to safely remove it? Its about a 1.5 inch round dent on the edge of the cap.

Try using a Shop Vac...delicately try to **** the dent out.

Worst case, you trash the dustcap and replace it anyway.

well you can use a shop vac or just pucker up and **** it out. (waits for oral *** ref's) or you can kind of pinch it out but that can leave some creases.

you can order new dust caps from diamond, or get a cheapie generic replacement from parts express, I just orderd some the other day for about a buck each
