dumb question about Hifonics titan txi 4006

# RMS @ 2-Ohms: 2 x 200-Watts

# RMS @ 4-Ohms: 2 x 200-Watts

I dont understand how the rms can be different at 4 ohms?

does this have something to do with bridging? If so could someone please explain? thanks.
