Dumb paypal question..

On Monday, i guess there was a fluke on tigerdirec.com. My friend sent me a link to spectre 20'' LCD monitors for 0.00 with a 50.00 rebate. i kinda knew it was a mistake but who knows, i've seen stuff like this on closeout before. I ordered 5 of the monitors, and my paypal account was charged 21.00 for shipping. UPS went to deliver one of them today and it says on the tracking "RECIEVER REFUSED SHIPMENT, RETURNING TO SENDER". UPS Was not at the house today to drop off the monitor, and i told tiger to just kinda refund the shipping and handling, seeing as how it was their fault. I also have a screenshot of the monitor, priced at 0.00.

Does tiger have to sell me these monitors for this price? or do they only have to refund my money

Sometimes there are disclaimers in the TOS for a website...you would have to read it.
