so i put an amp up for sale. and some guy offered me 80 bucks. i told i i might take it depending on how far away from me he lived. so now he emails me back saying that he offered me money and since i responded that means i accepted the deal. this dumb *** thinks just because i responded to his email that i took his offer. that is only one email. hes still trying to convince me that i accepted the deal when i said i MIGHT take the deal.

Say some one offered you more ask him if he wants to pay more.... I get Not sooo smart ppl all the time when I have things listed on craigslist. Even when I have a pic like I got a listing now for a lift kit its the add a leaf and front springs as it is in the picture also right thats ALL YOU GET and ppl still ask if other things come with it.

ya he wants me to give it to him for the price he offered me and all i did was respond, he thinks i accept his offer. i told him 110 bucks and you can have it. but hes a dumb *** id rather not sell it to him. he lives like 2 hour away and wants me to meet half way it will cost me 15 bucks in gas. not even worth it.

Or tell him that you do accept the $80 offer, and since he responded back with a request to meet in the middle that he agreed to cover your fuel costs (which are $30).
