Dual Problem

I just installed a buddies HU and we ran into a few problems. I wired everything and turned it on to make sure everything worked good and it did. Then I disconnected everything. Put it all together nice and neat and the motorized face plate won't come down and it won't eject the cd that is in there. I've tried resetting the HU and we disconnected the battery and reconnected it to see if that would trigger anything. No good. I don't know the exact model number.

and yes they **** major nut sack my friend went through 3 of them including the one your friend has until he figured it out.
