12's and its a 12 volt battery, i got 200 amp alternator done the big three and i'll be runnin a 4-5 volt pre-out on my deck? the vehicle i'm putting them in is a 4door 95 blazer. oh yeah the box is ported also.

edit: my pops works for a trucking company and he said he could get me a truck battery, just for an extra battery not to run the car. i don't know what they the VC is on them but them F'rs are huge.

You need to know the voice coil configuration (Dual 2 or dual 4) and saying it's a "2 ohm" or "4 ohm" sub will NOT be any use at all. It's either a dual 2 ohm sub or a dual 4 ohm sub. This information is VERY important when selecting an amp.

4 ohm i have no clue what the box is tuned in at neither, maybe 40?

edit:i've always bridged my amps though, so that cuts the ohms in half right?
