Dual HU's + DVD FTW!!! *PICS*

that looks ****in ghetto.
2 good headunits tho..

like putting 5k worth of wheels on a rusted bucket.
there is nothing wrong with what i see

with a not as nice\cheaper car(not that theres anything wrong with your truck) you can afford more\better a\v stuff and to some people, including me, thats more important

i used to do the independant screen and independat dvd HU.....it was fun, your placement of the HU like that is pretty **** cool, i think thats way better than making the hole a double dinand haveing one on top of the other like i used to....looks very very custom shop work with that placement (fools the noobix)...

cool thing isdown the line you could always sell the alpine and upgrade to advd indash, and have just the rear video preouts to the pioneer and have nesource on one screen and another source on the other screen (Ex dvd/radio on one and an N64/playstation on the other)...im miss haveing goldeneye in my old maxima....

Thats sweet as hell, I think it might look a little better if you made a thin trim panel right behind dvd to kinda hide that little gap at the sides. Maybe some 1/4in MDF?

The Premier P8 actually is a DVD player, it's just a dead-head tho. No internal amp, tuner, or full-fledged pre-outs. It has dual zone capability, and A/V inputs, as well as outputs. The Alpine 9835 is a CD/MP3/ Processing unit, controlling the sound and processing and such //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif.

Next project is buying an XBOX Mobo, Mod Chip, Control port flushed into the trim panel to the right on the screen, and an 80gig HD loaded with games. (And obviously a +12v PowerSupply) This will all be hidden behind my dash //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

Yup, I actually have some thin ABS plastic laying around, it'll be used to fill in the gaps on either side of the Premier P8DVD. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
