dual battery setup will this work?

Two battery's one up front other in back.
1/0 from alt to front +

1/0 from alt to back +

Both Neg's are sanded down to frame in different location's

Question is! Should i be going from ALT to +(front) connecting to +(back)

Or is running each battery on separate run's of 1/0 just fine?
How much POWER are you running? If it's over 2000 watts I would do the big three( alt +to batt +and a ground to the frame from the alt bolt make sure you clean your locations first after you done spray some paint on your grounds to keep good connections and I always do one to my neg batt post in front and make sure you fuse in line with your POSITIVE wires.

Yeah I have the Big 3 done. Im running a bc3500.1 with two sundown x12's. at 1ohm. just wasnt sure if the two battery's need to be connected at the positive's to each other or if running a 1/0 to each is suitable.
