dual batteries

i want 2 run a red top for starting my truck and a yellow top for lights and my audio... i'm going to do the big 3 when i do this also what will i need?

no, just run the wire between the batts, i think there is a tutorial on it but u'd have to search for it, not exactly sure where it is posted

You could run a relay to seperate the batteries

the way i had mine setup was, when the car was off the batteries were seperated because I had a stock battery up front and a kinetik 1400 in the back and the kinetik's voltage was higher than stock and when the batteries were wired together, the stock battery pulled the kinetik down. So i had it wired up so when I turned the key (engine on or off) I could control if they were together or not.

ignition wire -> switch -> relay -> 2nd battery

definately paralled unless you want a 24v car and fry everything.
