dual alternator and triple battery steup

Hey, I currently have two alts. on my truck. One stock and one HO for my system. I have a very simple question. How do i need to hook up the dual batteries on my seccond charging system to maintain 12 volts, rather than 24? Thanks for the help.

Wire them in parallel to increase Ah but keep voltage constant.

i have 3 12" jl audo w6's and an mrv-1507 alpine, kenwood excellon hu, music keg, purple strike cap ( not walmart sh!t) currently in a 1.25 cuft sealed enclosure. but i have a vented box for it, i dont really like the sound tho.

what year truck you have and how did you manage to do this?

the truck is a 1991 extended cab s-10. i put a sbc in it ( 350 bored .040 over) and in the process i made some custom brackets for the second alt. to get the subs behind the seat i had to remove both seats, position the enclosure and replace the seats.
