Dual 4ohm VC subwoofer wiring question.

Hi,

If I wire Neg. to Neg., then Pos. to Pos., then the Neg. and Pos. of the same voice coil to the amplifer what ohm load do I get.

Yes I know now how to correctly wire the sub, I had my sub wired like I said before and was curious what the ohm load was.

So the Neg and Pos which connect to the amp don't have to be from opposite voice coils in order to get a 2ohm load? Is there any advanage wiring it either way?

If all - are connected and all + are connected, its 2 ohms. Doesn't matter which VC you connect to.

All the wiring diagrams show the Neg and Pos connecting from separate voice coils so I thought it had to be that way, thanks for answering a newb question.

I dont think if matter what VC you take the lead goin to the amp with since you wired them together the become 1 VC sorta...prolly just confused you sorry if so:*******:
