dual 2 ohm solo x....strapping multiple kx1200s

My buddy just bought one of my friends 18" solo x. The solo x is a dual 2 ohm. Now he is being weird, but he is wanting to buy one Kicker kx1200 for now to power it. Then save up some money and get another one, then get another one. I tried to tell him not to do this but he is pretty set on doin it.

Would he be able to do this with a dual 2 ohm sub?

hey my kx 1200.1 is gettin repaired right now from kicker they said they are just sendin me a new one tell him ill sell it for 330$
