Dual 15" Kicker L7 box build worklog, Pics included!

you realy dont need to get rid of the cap. some people here dont like them since they realy dont help much or at all in a well design electrical system. but it dont hurt having them in any system in any way.

the enclosure looks greate. it'll most likely sound very good as well. video will be awsome ones you get them powered.

i do suggest brasing them long walls from the front of the enclosure to the back wall . but you can leave that for affter you have tested the system, "if" you feel some flexing from the panels.

ones again great looking enclosure. nice selection of subs too.

Thank you all.. Only thing is I WISH IT WAS MINE!!! Doing this all for my friend.... One day I will replace all my stolen equipment... But as for now, I only get to play when my friends get some money and want to let me go to town. Heres the last system I did for a friend:

All my system was stolen while I was in Iraq or else I would post the pics of my wall in my Mustang (or at least the wall I used to have)

Just wanted to let you all know, its the first time I have used that type of caulk I showed in the pictures. It works very well, I put it on yesterday and it dried very rubbery and has a good seal. I think it will be what I use from now on

Havent powered anything with it yet, and we are upgrading to a 200 amp alt.. Also, its the newest moddel of the Colossus that we are using, however there are new XX amps out for this year, we just went with the Colossus for the 2kw @ 4ohm mono. If the charging system holds up this should be the kinda system you can run all day long without overheating etc.

Oh. nahh those other pics were from another system I did late last year. Those are all last years amps. They did a real good job though. I HATED that Clarion head unit though... 2v pre-outs and no sub specific outout Front / rear / non-fading
