its a sealed enclosure, carpeted, use to hold my 10" l7's but moved to a ported box.
the cut out on top of the box is 10.25" wide X 31" long X 3 inches deep. if you have a kx1200.1, the press fit cover hides everything and it'll look real clean like this...
it is contoured to fit in the back of an ext cab s-10, but just a few cuts need to be made to get rid of the contour and it'll sit flat with the subs slanting back at a slight angle.
