Dual 0 gauge wire run question

Ok so I have a couple of questions. I bought dual outputs my question is do I run dual runs from battery under the hood to the battery in the trunk then run two from trunk battery to amp or single run from under hood and do two runs from the battery in the trunk to amp. My second question is my amp requires a 350 amp fuse since I'm running dual 0 gauge runs do I use a 350 amp fuse on each run or split the fuse rating between both runs I appreciate any help thank you
